A day ahead to 2013

It's 31 December 2012. A day ahead to 2013. Nothing's special today. Im alone right now. I hate this fact. I plan to enjoy myself celebrating new year's eve with some sushis and watching films. Quite sure lots of money have been spent in just two days. Im going to make a new resolutions again for this year, not too many so that I can achieve most of them.
- skinnier, healthier, cleverer, kinder, more understanding, more diligent, etc
- not wasting most of my time lying on my bed
- have more friends so I dont feel lonely easily
- take a good care of my eyes
- get a good grades for my university life
- not celebrating my birthday alone
- all the best for my family
I think these are lesser than my last year's resolution. Im so thankful that some of my past resolutions have been achieved yet I'll do my best to get most of them this year. Im having ups and downs right now, feeling alone is just the worst thing I had. I hope the 5 years Im gonna spend here will be good to me and the next next year will be better than this year.

It's just 2 days more to 2013! Should I be happy or sad? Happy because some of my 2012's resolutions have been achieved and sad because I have achieved them but then I lost it again. I have seen my last year blog post about my 2012 resolutions. Im a bit disappointed I couldnt make it all but I'll try to get all the resolutions I made for this year. If I could say, this could be my worst year end ever. Being far away from home, not able to celebrate new year with my friend, and alone at boarding house. At least I've some friends here to celebrate year end together so it wont be that pathetic. Im missing home thattttt much. I know I've been here for almost a semester but still that feeling cant go away. *sobs* (and I hope I get a new crush this year lol)

It's 20.12.2012! Well nothing's special except having tutorial and histology practical session today. Im getting curious about what will happen tomorrow since last year some people have announced it as doomsday while I dont really care. It's just 10 days to 2013 and I should make a new resolution again for the new year. So far week 1 has been so good that I quite enjoy the new block. The schedules are damn pack, we got 5x anatomy and 5x biochems plus parasitology, histology, pharmacology, microbiology, physiology, and skills lab. Just 6 weeks more and Im home againnnnn!

Back to daily routines.

I've arrived at Jogja yesterday night. Never thought that holiday will be passed so fast and I've been in medan for 5 days. We started our new block today: about digestive system. I still dont have any portrayal about how this block will be and just let it flow. On last saturday I watched The Hobbit with @chrstineee and @willhalim and I must said it was a big disappointment. I slept at the first 30 minutes and things started to get interesting during the battle but the ending really pissed me off. The worst part are we watched it on saturday + it's 3D = so expensive !! Then I continued having family dinner in a super fast mode because I planned to meet my besties at the same night. After a 2-hour-journey finding where to eat, we stopped at Gelato Bar. We spent almost 2 hours there and I arrived home at 11pm. Okay I miss my hometown now.

Yes. Im at home now. Totally excited for everything im going to do in these few days. I've arranged time to meet my friends and of course eat medanese food! This is just the best part of going back home. You got people who care about you, had delicious and healthy food, reminiscing moments with friends, etc. I missed 12-12-2012 moment because of too busy having exam in the morning and packing my things in the afternoon. Yesterday I've met verin, one of my besttttt friends, and we talked for about 6 hours. That's still not enought yet! Im not patient to be at home for longer time at february !!

No idea.

Hola! I've been really active in blogging lately, showed by blogging for 4 consecutive days. Just realised that writing in a blog actually improve your way in thinking and increase your writing ability too. I dont like writing diary but writing in a blog sure makes a difference. Last time I found all my previous posts with photos that were actually deleted and not in my archives.

Tomorrow will be the last day in block 1.2 and next week we will start a new block. I'll be having a CBT exam tomorrow which materials are all what we've learnt in this block. I havent finished my material but suddenly just want to write. In these 2 blocks, I dont think I improve a lot, and yet still struggling in following the materials. I always want to sleep when there's lecture because it's just too boring. I prefer having practical sessions. It's easier to review what you've learnt than to start with what you dont pay attention too. Resolution in this block will be a better studying style, read more books, have more friends, know more people, and get everything what I learn.

Hmm...

Annyeong haseyo! Im in the midst of studying now, but Im really really bored so I blog instead of continuing to study lol This morning we got biochems exam which I supposed to say somehow fail. It's not that difficult but the mistake is in me. I dont memorize it to the state I know it out of my head (?) hahaha. Just forget about it. Tomorrow I will have 2 exams, histology and microbio. The next day I will have my CBT exam and after that block 1.2 has officially ended! What's left in my mind is how I am supposed to study all the 6-week-material in just a week and the exam is only 100 minutes. It's like you have studied the whole week and your life is at stake for the holy 100 minutes. Incredible. Anyway, yesterday we got an additional class (somekind of review) with one of our biochems assistant and at the end we went to have lunch at KFC hahaha! So till now, I have 2 favorite teaching assistants: one at anatomy and one at biochems. Dont you think it's nice to be a teaching assistant? (but im not that clever)

Week 6 block 1.2 has ended.

Today marked as the last day of this week and next week is the exam week. Im not prepared yet but exam is coming in a few days !! Many materials to be memorized and I dont think 24 hours a day is enough because 8 hours have been cut as my sleeping time -____- To refresh my brain from a while, I watched a heart transplant video on youtube just now. I know this is so random but a cardiolog has inspired me in one of his lecture, yes? no? I never thought our heart can survive if it was taken away from our body but it really can! This video amazed me on how the cardiolog cut each part of the heart carefully before taking it out and transplant it to another person. Is this sound like a freak? While watching this, I keep thinking 'how many years should I spend to be like him?' 'how many books have he read?' 'damnnnnn he is COOL' If you can resist seeing blood, you should watch this video! Just search for the keyword 'first heart transplant kerala'. Happy watching!

Time is flying fast!

It's already December! So I've been staying at Jogja for more than .. 3 months? I still remembered the time when I was just got back from my vacation and the next day I directly flied here. Tomorrow I'll be having my very first physiology exam and next week there will be biochems, microbio, histo, and block exam. This will mark as the end of block 1.2 and it means it's just 2 months left for my not-so-long semester break !! Really excited whenever there's holiday even for only a day lol We dont get much homework now which makes me pretty happy but whenever there's lab session, it means exam. You need to study for all practical sessions since they hold pretest and some are holding posttest too. Last friday was tentamen and the result has been announced this wednesday. Thanks God I passed the exam even with a so-so mark. I dont get why my result was just like this. Maybe Im still adapting? I hope im going to adapt to this condition really soon xoxo

Finallyyyyy the 2nd tentamen has over this morning and again I think I made the same mistakes. Saw the wrong question, sudden memory lost of what I've learnt, or wrote things wrongly really pissed me off. I want a good result for my tentamen but why it always turned out like this? T________T Finish tentamen means CBT exam is coming closer and we get physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, histology exams in this block. Give me good result and let all the knowledge get into my brain juseyo

Highschool Teachers' Day collection.

Happy teachers' day to every teacher in the world! Too bad it fell on sunday because usually my school always do a celebration and let the students have a break for .. 3 hours? It's absolutely mini heaven lol I miss those times especially my last year of high school teachers' day. I still remembered my class was exactly beside the stage (yes, we always have stage to do performance for the teachers) so we could watch the performances clearly from our class. We gave many cakes to most of our teachers and went around the building to find the teachers. This time, our class decided to wear red ribbons and had balloons all over the class. I totally enjoyed this moment, probably my best teachers' day memory among all we've done. The show was started late and I didnt know if they actually made it long but it hadnt finished yet even after lunch break. After giving the cake to our form teacher (because he's the hardest one to find), we watched a korean horror movie 'White'. I've no idea who brought this dvd geez! We watched it using class' projector and my friend even brought a speaker. Im sure he's well-prepared before this ._. First I didnt want to watch it because I was afraid of these kind of things but then I joined since this will be the last time we enjoy this kind of moment. At the end, it's like 'AAAAAA' 'NOOO WHAT THE HELL IS THAT' 'ERGHHHHH'

Drama review: Nice Guy

I just finished watching this drama a few hours ago. My comment? I love this drama to the bits. Everything was just perfect. This is the first drama starring Song Joong Ki as the main lead and I guess he was trying hard to portray the character perfectly and indeed he succeeded. The woman lead is Moon Chae Won and she's very pretty here. She's not the type who wears thick makeup in order to look pretty. She's so natural that even Joong Ki said she was a goddess. The story tells about Kang Maru (Song Joong Ki) who was in his third year of medical school. His lover at that time is Han Jae Hee, his neighbourhood prettiest noona. This guy is willing to do everything for his noona. His noona committed a crime and even he wanted to sacrifice himself and covered up her crime. This guy is too nice or stupid? I dont know. He was in prison and 7 years later, his noona is not there anymore and going without any trace. He turned to be a gigolo and didnt believe in love anymore. One day he saved a woman Seo Eun Gi (Moon Chae Won) who turned out to be Han Jae Hee's stepdaughter now. He then decided to use Eun Gi as his revenge tool to his noona but slowly Eun Gi fell in love with him because of his charm not knowing he only used her. When he started to really care about her, he decided to make her go away from him so that she wouldnt hurt more using his harsh words and revealing his motive. An accident happened later on and Eun Gi had amnesia. The sweetness of this drama will start from this part as a few episodes in the beginning still telling on how Maru wants a revenge. Actually the genre is melodrama but I dont cry except in eps 20. The scriptwriter was known for writing sad ending drama such as A Love To Kill and Will It Snow For Christmas? so people were afraid she'd do the same to this drama since Nice Guy has been so good from the beginning. Nice Guy has been maintaining a very stable rating from the first episode in range of 13-18% and leading first place for those consecutive weeks. I think what makes this drama popular and successful are the main leads and the story itself. Song Joong Ki and Moon Chae Won's chemistry is really good that you'll be absorbed to the drama that much. The story is really getting into the point, having a very fast progression since the first episode and the development of story made us curious even more and more each week. The style is very classic: love, hate, revenge, money. They dont get super high rating but the popularity is awesome. One of my best dramas this year.

holiday yeay!

Yes tomorrow is the first very very long weekend I have. Actually the holiday is only on thursday but government extended it to friday too haha It's currently raining here, a very heavy one. To be honest I dont like it because im far from my family and it makes me feel unsafe. It's been raining a few times this month and I keep feeling the same. Week 3 is almost over which means tentamen is coming closer. I want a long holiday! I want to go back to my hometown. #random

My 2012 dramas.

It's november! Time sure flies really fast huh? Im in the beginning of block 1.2 now and officially a SCOPEople haha! Since it's almost the end of the year, im going to make a small review over the dramas I've watched during this year.2012 should be said as my not productive year for dramas as I was having preparation for my national university entrance exam for 3 months and then a month break continue with vacation and started university life.

1. Nice Guy
This drama is still airing in korea. The first drama I watch buffering online since Im at jogja now. it's a melodrama with typical style: love, revenge, hate, etc. The main actor is Song Joong Ki as Kang Maru and his lover, Seo Eun Gi, is acted by Moon Chae Won. At first Maru was a 3rd year medical student loving Han Jae Hee (Park Shi Yeon) with all his heart. He was willing to do everything for her until something happened and his life totally changed. Since then he decided to become a gigolo and only attracted women for their money. Then he met Seo Eun Gi you know typical perfect girl who was Han Jae Hee's step daughter now. He decided to use her as revenge tool but something happened again later on changed his world totally. It's 4 episodes more to the end. I highly recommend this drama. Not the typical melodrama which you'll find it bored but this one can make you feel like want to punch the antagonist lol It's been the first in rating since the first week it aired.

2. Rooftop Prince
Yoochun is the main lead actor here so I guess you know the primary reason why I watch this drama. At first I objected him pairing with Han Ji Min but after watching the drama, I thought they suited each other although their age gap is 4 years where Yoochun is her junior. It's about Joseon dynasty and modern days so it will be going back and forth. Yoochun was previously a prince in Joseon dynasty named Lee Gak. At a time, his wife was killed and he was shocked. Then he decided to find the murdered accompanied by 3 people whom he searched all around the city. I forgot how the way but when 5 of them are being chased but unknown group of people and passing a forest, they were thrown to the modern city (yes this sounds nonsense). They arrived at Park Ha's home (played by Han Ji Min) and both of them are shocked. The genre of this drama are romance, mystary, and comedy. I suggest you not to find any spoiler of the episode or else it'll be boring. This drama was also ranked first when it aired in June.

3. Reply 1997
This drama is too cute! I like this drama because the story is real and may happen in real life. I was pessimistic at first after watching the first episode but I managed to continue watching it lol The main characters are Yoon Yoon Jae (played by Seo In Guk) and Sung Shi Won (A Pink's Eun Ji). It's about 6 bestfriends in high school at Busan. Yoon Jae and Shi Won are bestfriend since childhood. They are always together. Wherever Yoon Jae is, Shi Won will be there and vice versa. Shi Won is a devoted fan of H.O.T, a super famous boyband in 90s. The story will be involving their high school life and loves. I really like the idea where someone's first love is actually his/her childhood friend and then they become lover. Dont you think this is uber cute? This drama is highly recommended !!

4. Queen In Hyun's Man
If you like romantic genre, you should watch this drama. I repeat, ROMANTIC. A super duper romantic one and not even a heavy conflict was there. Thype is also as same as Rooftop Prince, going back and forth between Joseon and modern days. But the difference is this drama mostly involve romantic things. It was a big hit because of the epic storyline and main casts.

5. The Moon That Embrace The Sun
TMTETS can be said as the most popular drama in the first half of 2012. It's a saeguk mixed with shaman things. Since there hasnt had any kdramas taking shaman as their main plot, it's directly a big hit once it aired. Good chemistry between child lead characters made audience having high expectation towards the adult characters. Yeo Jin Goo acted as young Lee Hwon (later on acted by Kim Soo Hyun) and Kim Yoo Jung as Heo Yeon Woo/Wol (continued by Han Ga In) were the main leads. Hwon and Yeon Woo met for the first time during Yeon Woo's brother Heo Yeom graduation. At that time she didnt know that he was a prince. Hwon fell in love at the first sight and did everything to meet Yeon Woo. *skip* *skip* Yeon Woo was selected as princess after passing the exam for choosing prince's wife. Hwon and Yeon Woo were both very happy because they loved each other but later on something happened and changed everything. Because their fate are being changed, everything will be back on the track soooner or later. It's impossible to tell the whole story even the synopsis because too many characters made it difficult to be shortened. I especially love the shaman works where usually saeguk dramas only tell about politics, throne, revenge, etc. At first many people doubted Kim Soo Hyun can acted in a saeguk drama because he previously acted in Dream High which is a high school drama. I also think his image doesnt suit as a king at all. But he really proved it. His acting was excellent and even working with his seniors didnt made his capability decreased and this drama was remarked as his breakthrough in acting. After this drama aired, he got lots of ads and even more popular than before.

6. Ghost
The title is really manipulating. I thought it would be like something horror and realted to ghost but actually it's about cyber crime investigation. So Ji Sub's acting is really epic and I love this drama a lot even without loveline. As you know, Im a fan of romantic drama. Kim Woo Hyun (So Ji Sub) is a high profile police officer working at cyber crime investigation team. Yoo Kang Mi (Lee Yeon Hee) is working in the same team with Woo Hyun. Their big enemy is someone named himself as Hades, a superb hacker who ever hacked Blue House computer system. Im not going to spoil anything because they have been making surprises since the first episode. I was shocked even when I only watched the first episode. the storyline progressed too fast and you'll be more surprise to find the pieces of puzzle by every episode. Better for you not watching it only episode since this drama is addictive!

7. A Gentleman's Dignity
It's dubbed as 'F4 of 40s'. The 4 main characters are almost 40 but still I think they're charming. Most of it will be talking about Kim Do Jin (Jang Dong Gun) and Seo Yi Soo (Kim Ha Neul). This drama remarked as Jang Dong Gun's 10 years silver screen comeback since his last drama was All About Eve (2002). Kim Do Jin is a 40yo architect described as a woman's man: handsome, kind, adorable, charming. Actually to be honest he's weird (in his own way). I dont know how to describe it but you'll know when you watch the drama. He's been dating many times and never thought of getting married until he met Seo Yi Soo. He tried to approach her anytime anywhere sticking to her. She was annoyed at first and their relationship was complicated. Later on she will realise that she loved him but another conflict came. This is a light drama and very enjoyable. Not the type which having lots of conflict like nice guy or TMTETS. Fresh and funny.

If you read all my brief explanations, you'll find that I always say the dramas are good. It's probably because i dont watch all dramas. I only select the one I think is going to be enjoyable and if it's below my expectation, I'll directly stop watching it. Even thought I start to be extremely busy now, Im trying to watch drama sometimes because it can be refreshing and relaxable. But also noted: drama is addictive.

Book review: Cheeky Romance (Kim Eun Jeong)

Usually I review dramas but I want to try review books sometimes. Well, Im going to review anything I like. This novel is the third book of Kim Eun Jeong, written in Korean but translated to Indonesian. The first book is So I Married The Antifan and followed up by My Boyfriend's Wedding Dress. I always hated translated novel because the feeling is just different when I read Indonesian novels and maybe the setting is different. When I tried to read her first book, it's good although I was confused at the beginning since too many characters were appearing at the same time. Then I also read her second book which made me amused again and now Im one of her avid fans. This book tells about a woman named Yoo Chae who has always been unlucky as a reporter. She never get any scheduled programs although she has worked for 2 years and the worst is her boyfriend, a reporter too, cheats on her with his senior who is a PD (program director). So Yoon Pyo, her lover-to-be, is a devoted obstetrician. He always care every pregnant woman although they are not his patients. Yoo Chae ever went to the hospital where Yoon Pyo works to accompany her bestfriend unnie who is pregnant. One day, she was told to be a MC for a culinary program to suburb where she will try new foods. This program is airing live. At that time, Yoon Pyo is happened to be at the same restaurant where they are shooting. She was given fugu fish (as you know it's dangerous to be eaten if not being cleaned properly) and red beans. Yoon Pyo thought she was pregnant because he ever saw her at the hospital and those foods are dangerous for pregnant woman. He yelled at her not knowing that the program is aired live. Soon Yoo Chae is known as 'Nation's pregnant woman' and Yoon Pyo as 'Nation's doctor'. The story will involve around how they settle their misunderstanding and as usual fall in love with each other. This is a 400+ pages book but you wont get bored of it. I like the storyline a lot. The writer is good at making their loveline not awkward because I often find some books are written weirdly in developing lovelines of the characters. I've read her books long time before her books are famous like now. Both of them are bestsellers in Indonesia's bookstore and Cheeky Romance is indeed very recommended.

Drama review: Reply 1997

I've just finished watching this drama a few minutes ago and all I could say is I like this drama a lot. I always envy anyone who has their childhood friends as their first love and then got married. This drama does it that way. At first I was bored when I watched the first episode but I managed to continue watching it after listening to my friend's suggestion. It's about a group of friends consist of 2 girls and 4 boys in their high school time at Busan. The plot is going back and forth from 1997 to 2012. They give the hint about the ending but it wont be understand unless you've watched the last episode. Sung Shi Won (Jung Eun Ji) and Yoon Yoon Jae (Seo In Guk) are childhood friends. Their fathers are bestfriend but later on Yoon Jae's father died and left only he and his brother then Shi Won's parents start taking care of them. Shi Won is a devoted fan of H.O.T and his father hates it a lot. The story will involve on their high school life and their future meeting where they're holding a reunion. Another trouble come when Yoon Jae's brother also likes Shi Won. One of its plus point is they use Busan dialect in this drama while usually korean dramas are using Seoul accent. Many people also praise Seo In Guk and Eun Ji because their acting are really good although this is their first drama. Reply 1997 is really cute and innocent and the most important is realistic which is possible to happen in real life. How I wish I have this kind of story *sobs*

Synopsis:
This drama will focus on the extreme fan culture that emerged in the 1990s when idol groups took center stage and K-pop was blossoming. It tells the story of 6 former high school friends from a school in Busan who meet again in 2012 and brings back memories to 1997 when they were still high school students. Moving back and forth between the ’90s and today, the story centers on the life of Sung Shi Won (Jung Eun Ji), who idolizes boyband H.O.T and her 5 high school friends.

Note: dont be shock when you search about the rating. It's only 4-5% but it's equal to 25-30% on basic channels. This drama aired in a cable tv and the rating is consider really high since usually cable tv drama is only 1-2%.

End of Blok 1.1

Block 1.1 has officially ended by today. This morning I had my last exam for the first block which is presentation continued by a mini interview. I was not sure Im going to make it good since Im terribly bad at doing presentation. Im also not that optimistic because my result in yesterday's CBT exam was bad. But a small conversation with mom and dad are always helpful. They told me to be relax and just tell everything I know as smooth as I can. The method of today's exam is presentation one by one and then the one who had finished must wait inside the room so the last to enter will have 9 students and 1 tutor watching him/her. Im lucky to be the first one which means only the tutor watching me. I thought Im okay with the presentation and I can answer all the questions. I want a good mark for the first block ㅋㅋ Im ready for the second block!

Exam is approoaaaaaaachingg really soon and Im curious how it will be. As you know, im back to my old habits: watching korean dramas! Even though medical students have a very packed schedule, I still try to watch drama and after almost 2 months without any dramas in my life, I got to watch it this week! Should I say it yayness? No because I watch it when exam is approaching and im crazy over it ㅠㅠ Im currently watching Nice Guy starring Song Joong Ki and Moon Chae Won. It's episode 12 this week and I've watched that hahaha! It still has a month left airing time which made me quite pissed off because im curious about the ending. I will make the review as soon as I finish watching it. Till then, im going to do the best for my exam.

Tentamen result had been announced last monday and I was so happy to have passed the exam! Although the score isnt as high as what I wanted, Im quite satisfied with my work. Now block exam is coming next week and triple jump as well. Triple jump is just another style of our usual tutorial but this time, we will be monitored by a assessor and the case will be announced on the spot. Im quite confuse about my MCQ exams because I dont understand what I should learn. Another problem is I started watching Nice Guy few days ago and now Im addicted to it. Kinda regret for watching it too early because it messed up my study time and made me THAT addictive to always watch it continuously. I hope I can pass my exam smoothly and get flying color marks.

Makrab Kamadhis 2012.

Hi readers, I've just back from makrab Kamadhis 2012 at Kopeng this afternoon and it's totally fun! Makrab stands for malam keakraban/intimate night (?) where we spend a night together with all seniors and having fun. This is my first time joining this kind of activity because I dont like going out and stay for nights with people whom I didnt close to. But after spending a night together yesterday, I started to think from different perspective. We got to know seniors better now and even our seniors' seniors managed to join as well! We played games and had BBQ too. I felt like going back to medan because the weather at Kopeng is exactly as same as that at Brastagi. I didnt bring any pocket camera making me kind of regret but I took some pictures with my iPad's camera.

Like finally my first tentamen has over. I dont whether Im stupid or I dont learn many things, but I make careless mistakes. I answered two questions with the same answers and sometimes even confuse with the question. I just hope I passed the exam.

Anatomy for the 1st block has finished.

My anatomy practical sessions for the whole block 1.1 have finished. The last one is anatomy of the lower limb which is concluded an hour ago. Im enjoying every anatomy sessions because I feel it's nice when you learn things directly from the cadaver and also the lecturer's assistants (we called them 'asdos' stands for asisten dosen) are very kind. Next week we'll be facing the last anatomy exam called as 'tentamen'. We'll be asked about the whole anatomy we've learnt in this block. I dont have any idea about how it will be since this is my first time. The next 2 weeks will be the exam week consist of triple jump, histology exam, and MCQs. I hope I can do well in all exams and no remediation. /Buddha bless me/

And after a month in Jogja, it rained for the first time two days ago at 2am. I didnt realise it until I saw most of my friends updating their status about jogja's current weather. Here isnt as hot as at medan but still, when there's no rain after a month you can feel something weird. Luckily it dont rain when Im at campus or outside my boarding house.

Week 4 is coming!

Week 3 has finally over and now week 4 of block 1.1 is approaching. In this week 3 and week 4 we got 2 times anatomy practical sessions in a week. Kinda hectic when you also got histology practical session on the same day or skills lab or tutorial LO you need to finish. Im enjoying my life either as a medical student or a newcomer but there's a thing I dont like here. The best thing in week 3 is mom came to visit me on monday!! I was really really happy! Actually mom came because of my eye's condition. In the past two weeks, my right eye's left part has become really red and I've put so many medicines but it didnt become any better. Im freak out and mom was afraid that something might happen as you know anything related to eye can be a serious problem. Luckily after mom came and she asked me to do checkup with a specialist, she said this wasnt a serious problem. After outting some medicines, my eye has become better and less red. I shared a lot stories with mom and we went to eat together. Usually I always eat cheap foods because we need to save money and dont spend it to expensive foods or useless things but these few days I've been eating delicious food lol. Actually I want mom to stay longer but I got anatomy pretest on Monday and I need to study. I know if mom is here, I always want to talk to her and end up not studying anything T^T mom has gone back yesterday and I cried. I've never felt homesick before and this is the first time I feel I want to go home. I miss my family and hometown a lot.

hi readers im extremely happy today!! No it's not about my university life or whatsoever. Just now Im being interviewed as the admin of a fanbase where Im active in! The best part is that the interviewer wasnt a stan and he said TVXQ is 5 ♥♥♥ Can you imagine how happy I am? Finally after years I hear again somebody publicly say about it. He asked how I can love TVXQ that much, how many followers the fanbase had, what song I like the most, blablabla and he even played the song I like veryyyyy much, 'O' Jung.Ban.Hap. Not that I didnt like Mirotic or other TVXQ songs but this song has a really deep impression to me. This song is the reason why I fell in love with TVXQ since 2007. If at that time one of my friend didnt play this song randomly and I didnt manage to know them, the situationwill be very different now. I was,am, and will always love TVXQ foreverrr.

University life hasn't started yet.

Hi! I've finished my faculty orientation 3 days ago and I feel really well now. Those 3 days had been a new experience for me. I never experience something like that before and this is the first time. So many assignments to be finished in a day while we're at campus till 5pm and the next day we should arrived at 6am SHARP. The first day I didnt sleep at all and I felt like a crazy person. We got many committees which were divided according to their own section and the one who responsible for the discipline is called Mayjend abbreviation for Mayor Jendral. They're shouting almost all the time and looking after who are sleeping during talkshows or doing faults. I thought I wouldnt be okay with it because usually I directly cried when someone shouted at me. But this time, I didnt feel anything and just okay with it. In this orientation, we also got divided into groups and luckily my groupmates were all kind and always do things together. Our teamwork was okay. The reason why the first day all of us didnt sleep maybe because of our wrong strategy. At the last day, I rethink about the first and second day and everything seemed funny. If somebody tell me to redo that orientation, I probably wont do it but this is one of the best experience in my life. At the end of the day, all medical students got chances to shake hands with the committees (seniors) and all of them were sooooooo kind. We got a week holiday after the orientation while other faculties have started studying the next day after it. But it's not considered as a full holiday because we have an introduction about campus on wednesday and thursday and medical checkup on friday and saturday. University life is going to start soon and Im going to make it as enjoyable as possible. Fighting!

Pray for Korea.

As you all have known, typhoon Bolaven is now striking Korea. It occured just a few days after I left Korea. According to my friend living in Korea, almost a hundred houses in Korea are blackout and many flights were cancelled. I dont know what cause this typhoon because when Im about to go back on Saturday everything was alright. At the week when I was staying in Korea, it's was raining almost everyday in Seoul even though it's summer and at the time im at Seoul, it was just cloudy but no rain. I thought this was a good sign. Suddenly my friend bbm and told about the typhoon news and I was shocked for a while knowing it just happened 2 days after I left. Korea is such an amazing country. I hope everything will be okay soon. Everybody please be safe.

K-O-R-E-A!

Hi im back (again)! Im currently at my room, just arrived home after a 10-day-vacation to Korea. It feels like I dont want to go home and stay in Korea longer. I really enjoyed this vacation as my tour group is also full of crazy people lol our tour leader is a 25yo girl and she's also a kpop lover. She's so funny and makes our vacation really fun. We got a tour guide and a photographer and lucky for us, both of them are typical korean guys you always watch in drama: clean, tall, white, blablabla. Our tour guide is a Korean but his parents are staying in Indonesia and he took Indonesia literature subject in his university class so he can speak Indonesian well. Our photographer can speak English a little and a big NO to speak Indonesian. Both of them are kind and funny and our tour group often tease them. At first our tour guide is so calm and dont speak to much but after we played roller coster together at Everland (only youngsters in my group), his real attitude came up. He is actually that funny crazy guy who can make people laugh all the time. Our photographer is a fully opposite from him; he's quiet but smile all the time and always around to help us. He's the favorite among mommys in our group. We went to many places and I really like all of them. I took so many useless photos such as: the streets, cute korean couple, cute babies, and almost for everything I saw. It's has become one of my dream to travel to Korea and thanks to my parents for making one of my dreams come true.

Drama review: A Gentleman's Dignity

완전 대박! It's really entertaining. You can enjoy every episode with different emotions and that's what I like from this drama.You cant ever guess how they will portray the story because the way is different from ordinary drama. Most of the reaction I got while watching this drama: 'wow', 'so sweet', 'ohmygod', 'HAHAHAHA'. The story itself is about F4 in their 40s with life, love, and friendship conflict. Jang Dong Gun as Kim Do Jin who I think his character is really unique. He can do something that other people never think about and he makes it THAT sweet. Kim Ha Neul as his lover, Seo Yi Soo, a 36-year-old ethics teacher in high school who at first secretly in love with Do Jin's bestfriend, Im Tae San played by Kim Soo Ro. He is described as the perfect guy loved by women and he dated Hong Se Ra, Seo Yi Soo's roommate, played by Yoon Se Ah. Kim Min Jong acted as Choi Yoon, a very loyal husband to his died wife and Lee Jong Hyuk as Lee Jung Rok, a married-playboy whose wife is the owner of Gangnam street.(rich people area). I find the story itself is really fresh since it is a project by writer-director behind Secret Garden series. Just like what they did before, here we also got signature scenes: cherry blossom kiss, window kiss, and floor kiss. The series was postponed for almost 2 weeks during the Olympics leaving episode 19 & 20 behind. I was glad to know that SBS decided not to extend the series since usually Korean dramas are likely to do so if the rating are high. Another plus point: usually when they make F4 as the main point of the drama, they'll just focus the story in one character but here they make it balance where all 4 men have their own problems and loveline. They also had a lot of cameos, not just one two three but really A LOT. CN Blue's Jonghyun also played an important role here, considering him as the cause of one of the conflict. One of my personal reason why I watch this drama is the main casts. I've watched Kim Ha Neul acting in Blind and You're My Pet and no doubt she is one of Korea's most popular actress. A Gentleman's Dignity also remarks as Jang Dong Gun comeback drama in silver screen after 12 years which his last one was All About Eve in 2000. If you are a drama addict, I highly recommend you to watch this drama. You'll never get bored even once.
