Jogja.

Hi Im directly blogging from Jogja. Yes im here to finish those preparations needed for my upcoming university classes. I've been here for a week yet I just have the time to blog. Only I and my mom were here. We are here for 10 days and that has included our sightseeing time. During these days, we have gone to Candi Borobudur, Candi Prambanan, and Keraton Yogyakarta. Yesterday I've also met my friends coming from medan and a friend from Jakarta in the same classes and they're ll Chinese. Fyi Chinese is really really really a minority here. But in this time too, I have missed a lot of things happening in medan. I didnt even join my classmates to celebrate makjul and amo's birthday which made me pretty sad. I know that when you dont see someone regularly, your distance can be further and I dont want this to happen. I want even if later on I'll be in Jogja, I still can maintain a good relationship with all my friends. As for now, my university orientation (known as PPSMB here) will start on 30 august while my faculty's ppsmb will be on 31-2 september. Im curious what will happen later on! But they say medical students will have lesssss holidays than others.

It's been a few days since the announcement of snmptn 2012 and now im busy with settling university things. Hopefully I have a senior who studied there and she helped me a lot. These university things must be settled this week and after that I'll have lot of time before going back to jogja. You're curious why am I not reviewing drama this week? It's because all dramas I've been waiting for are currently airing and it will end in these few weeks. I've watched Ghost till episode 7 and it's nice. Im not going to spoil any further since Im going to review it later on. If you want to watch dramas that are currently airing, I suggest: Ghost, A Gentleman's Dignity, Big, I Do I Do, Dr. Jin, and Bridal Mask.

My story.

Today im going to share my activities before the big exam snmptn 2012 which is the national university entrance exam in Indonesia. Maybe my experience can help someone out there. It's true that if you want something, you must put full effort to get it. This is what I did during my last year of high school. When others are enjoying their last high school year, I've started my preparation for the exam although it's still a year away. My mom took me to a tuition which in indonesian is bimbel. I joined this because my dad told me to get into government university or else he wont paid for my study. You know medicine faculty in private university is extremely expensive. In my tuition, there were only 80+ students which is only a few compared to other tuitions. We had 6 hours courses, which is three times in 3 lessons each day total 9 lessons a week. It's a lot because other tuitions only 2 times a week in 3 hours a day. Of course I always think it's not fair. Others are enjoying their life so much while i keep bothering with those books and questions. After I've finished my high school national exam, our tuition started to have intensive which is monday-friday from 8.30am till 2pm and continue at 4.30pm till 8pm. Every saturday they held tryout to know how far we have learnt the things they taught. It lasted for more than 2 months till the day before the big exam. Starting from intensive I stopped my other tuitions because I wanted to focus and get a good result yet everyday I'll stay in my tuition from morning till night. At that time, I didnt feel that tired anymore because we just stayed at tuition and studied, different from what I had before intensive which I had to rush from school to tuition in just 15 minutes without going home and taking bath. To be honest, I also felt that goosebumps befor the result was announced. Previously I always thought holiday passed really fast, but this time it's just only a day after exam yet I felt I've passed a long long long day. But once the result was out and you passed the exam, it would be one of the best moment in your life.You should be grateful even if you only passed your second choice because many people out there maybe wanted your choice or didnt get the chance. Even if you didnt pass the exam, dont be pessimistic or lose faith because there's still lots of other entrance exams. Yes if you think this as bullshit, it is. I know even if im saying this thing, you must be saying 'You dont feel what I feel.' But remember God always have something better than what we plan.

Drama review: The King 2 Hearts

I love this promotion poster! This is the 3rd drama I finished in this 3 weeks. A new accomplishment for me. Compared to Rooftop Prince and Queen In Hyun's Man, this one is not better than them. I dont think they got the chemistry like what those leads had, maybe because their ages are too far different. Lee Seung Gi who acted as Prince Lee Jae Ha is only 25 yet Ha Ji Won acted as Kim Hang Ah is 34 now. I dont mind if they displayed noona-dongsaeng relationship but this is just less chemistry. The main point in this drama is about north and south korea relationship. I like how they maintained a nice and peaceful relationship. Besides, the second lead couple is so cute. Eun Shi Kyung (Jo Jung Seok) and Princess Lee Jae Shin (Lee Yoon Ji) have contrast personalities. She is so lively and playful while Eun Shi Kyung is a boring person and strict to rules. At the end, there is something that pissed me off in this drama. We also got King Lee Jae Kang and John Mayer as the other important roles here. Joh Mayer as the villain while King Jae Kang is a kindhearted king who is willing to do everything to protect his family and country. I prefer to watch Rooftop prince or Queen In Hyun's Man first and then follow up with this drama because I hate John Mayer that much. He's not the ordinary villain we get to see in dramas but he is crazy psycho man who will do everything to get what he wants.


Synopsis:
Lee Jae Ha, the supposed 2nd Prince of South Korea marries the thirty-something army instructor, Kim Hang Ah who is also the daughter of an influential family from the north korea through an arranged marriage after both of them were being caught in a "special situation". The once carefree and frank, Lee Jae Ha began to walk his road of revenge as the king after his older brother was killed in a bombing attack during his engagement. And as both of Jae Ha and Hang Ah slowly falls in love with each other despite of clashing and fighting at first, they finds themselves once again at the mercy of the political factors which had brought them together at first but now wants them to be apart.

Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad!

today is my parents' 19th wedding anniversary. I, together with my younger brother and sister, prepared to make a surprise as we never made it in the past. Yesterday we almost failed to buy the cake, but luckily with some tricks we managed to buy it. With a few tricks again, we can put the cake into the fridge. Not going to mention what happened during the time we wanted to put the cake into the fridge. We set alarm to wake up at 4.30am today and the night before we slept at 11pm. You can imagine our zombie faces. When we had finished our preparation it is not a smooth way at all, we knocked our parents' room and tada! My mom was really surprised with the cake and candles and she didnt even think about what day is today ._. After we explained a bit just then she remembered and told my dad to wake up. Although we got some problems when preparing our surprise, im glad our first try is a success.
