Random thought.

Sometimes I think why am I keep writing in this blog? Just a random thought though. I like writing a lot; maybe not a novice writer but still I like it. Looks like this blog has survived for 3 years and I hope I can keep writing in this blog. I write everything I want; about recaps and my daily things. I start writing recaps since 2 years ago and Im still doing it although it's not as productive as I used to be. For now, I should select which drama is the most attractive one to me and for the rest, I'll just be reading the recaps from other blog. Few years back I was a hardcore kpop fan; I liked dramas too but not as much as I like kpop. But as time flies, I think kpop isnt as good as it was when TVXQ was still the best and the only song I thought could beat TVXQ's songs were Big Bang's Haru Haru. Not realising about it, I continue updating about dramas but my love for kpop has deteriorated. I hope I can keep doing my hobbies since this is the only thing that can make me forget about how hectic my study is. No, not that hectic actually but sometimes people do get bored of their daily routines right?

3 years.

Apparently today was my block exam and post-block exam period is always nice yet I feel Im not that prepared for the exam. I always say Im going to be better for the next exam but I end up being the same. This time Im going to make it come true; it's better even though Im changing only a bit lol At the same time today is the anniversary of the account I've become an admin for 3 years. Happy birthday @TVXQ****s! I didnt expected to be chosen at first place back then when they did a recruitment. I wasnt too active now because sometimes too many things to be taken care of. But still Im so happy because it's my passion; my love for TVXQ and kdramas are forever. Im wishing the best for this account and I hope I can stay there until the very last time. Happy birthday!

20.

First of all happy Kartini Day to every Indonesian woman! Kartini is an Indonesia feminist, who tried to achieve emansipation for woman so that woman can be in the same level as man. Nah my post wont be about Kartini though. I've just celebrated my birthday afew days ago and now Im finally legal! Being 20 means a lot of things to do from now on. I need to set my goal and achieve it one by one, which will make my leisure time get lesser and lesser. One of the thing I have to do is cutting my time to watch korean dramas. I dont know how but deeply inside kdramas have become one of my addiction and it's really difficult to erase it from my mind. It's like my morfin (?) haha but I find it interesting since it makes my life more colorful and I daydream a lot. Moreover I also want to do an exchange hopefully I can get it this year. I hope everything will always be better than it used to be and I can get what I want. Cheers!

Drama review: Bride of the Century

Note: This is not a family drama. (cover photo are ambiguous right?)

The only drama I've been following for the past few weeks. Now I cant follow some dramas at the same time, hence I should choose which one attracts me the most and the rest with good premise will just ended with me reading the recaps. Bride of the Century wasnt on my list before (noted this) and at first place I dont even know there's this drama. I knew it when reading the recap in the blog I was following and because she said it was good, I tried to watch it and who could have thought it would turned out to be sooooo good. Lee Hongki is the main lead, starred as Choi Kang Joo, the main heir for Taeyang Corp whose family is surrounded by a rumor that the first bride of the first born son would die. He's cold-hearted, building an unseen wall against others thus he didnt have any close friends except for his childhood bestfriend Lee Roo Mi. His love interest is Yang Jin Sung, acted as Na Doo Rim slash Jang Yi Kyung slash the doppleganger. Dont take this wrong, this drama isnt like what you'd have guessed before. Yi Kyung is Kang Joo's fiancee but it was for an arrange marriage since Yi Kyung's parents business is collapsing and they need financial support and Kang Joo's mom needs someone to be sacrificed so that KangJoo can marriy another girl. This is cruel right. And then here comes Doo Rim, who was at that time needed lots of money and she ended up being the doppleganger for Yi Kyung. This is how the story starts. Im sure you'd see similar scenes in other dramas but actually it works here. They really gave me surprises on how good they are in packaging the storyline from the beginning till the end. Im following a forum where people each week are guessing what'll happen next week based on the next episode's preview, but everything turned out wrong. Fanservice is the one that I like the most and from the start of the drama, they've been giving us lots of lovey dovey scenes and even kiss scenes! To be honest I never heard about Yang Jin Sung and this drama is indeed her lucky charm. Not only the main OTP are adorable, but how the story develops in telling us why this happens and that happens is told in a good way and the happiest part is that this drama didnt fall down to what most dramas have done. They still stick with their main storyline with horror, romance, comedy, and fantasy. The one that also surprises me is the whole thing I've been guessing when following the drama turned out to be a dropdead. All the secrets are revealed in the last episode and I see that everybody is satisfied since nothing is left out with an open ending. This is definitely my top recommendation for the March drama period.
